Conditions for Refunds

• Technical Malfunctions: If a player is charged incorrectly due to system errors or technical failures during deposit or withdrawal, a refund may be processed.

Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be approved in these situations:
• Voluntary Losses: Funds lost during normal gameplay or betting are not eligible for refund under any condition.

Time Limits for Refund Requests

All refund applications must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction.
Requests received after this window will be automatically declined and not reviewed.
